About Kern Collective Works
Kern Collective Works exists to support adults with special needs as they pursue their business dreams. We provide volunteers, donated supplies, and coordinated community efforts to remove barriers and open doors. By partnering with local programs and celebrating every step forward, we build a more inclusive and empowered Kern County.
Services
Basic
We support the adult special needs community through Kern Momentum llc. Their services are tailored to meet individual needs, including foundational business planning and initial setup assistance. KCW helps by matching volunteers with different skills to mentor individuals in their journey to become small business owners. We also collect donations of goods for teaching different skills such as gardening, crafting, pet care, etc...
Professional
We offer our support to intellectually disabled adults with a range of specialized services tailored to meet individual needs, including personalized coaching and mentorship programs.

We are looking for successful entrepreneurs who can offer support and share their knowledge to individuals, including advanced business strategy and operational support.
